The structure and electrical works are done almost perfectly. There was lack of co-ordination between the office staffs and between the office and field staff create so much delay in all activities of installation and commissioning of the project. Some of them are listed below. 1. The transporter didn't collect the subsidy cheque from me which leads to a delay of one week for starting the work. 2. The documents handed over to kseb and uploaded to the portal was incomplete. 3. Your staff Deson seems to be irresponsible. All the printing works was done by me including stamp paper printing from my pocket. He didn't came for the wifi setup as his promise. 4. After my intervention only your documentation people corrected the returned inspection and commissioning documents in portal. 5. The balance earth copper, ac cable etc are taken away by the electrician without my consent. 6. I have made about 50 calls and and lot of whatsapp messages to complete the project.
